Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") thoroughly before accessing our website (bellevoeu.com) or purchasing, downloading, or using any digital stationery templates, website templates, or graphic designs produced by BelleVoeu Studio. By completing a transaction on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, including but not limited to Canva template layouts, digital wedding website structures, graphic banners, typography arrangements, color palettes, vector motifs, and accompanying instructional PDF guides, are the exclusive intellectual property of BelleVoeu Studio. All rights are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property treaties. No title, ownership, or proprietary rights are transferred to the buyer through purchase.

2. Single-Use Personal License Grant

Upon receipt of full payment, BelleVoeu Studio grants the buyer a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to customize, download, publish, and distribute the purchased template for one (1) individual personal wedding, engagement, or private anniversary event.

3. Strict Commercial Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

To preserve the exclusivity and copyright of our creative catalog, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under applicable copyright law:

• Reselling, sharing, leasing, gifting, or redistributing the original Canva template link or design files to any third party.
• Uploading modified versions of our templates to digital marketplaces such as Etsy, Creative Market, Envato, Shopify, or Gumroad.
• Extracting individual graphic assets, background illustrations, or custom badges for standalone commercial use.
• Using a single purchase to produce wedding websites or printed stationery for multiple paying clients as a wedding planner without purchasing an extended commercial license.

4. Third-Party Software and Canva Compatibility

BelleVoeu Studio templates are designed specifically for customization on Canva (canva.com). A free Canva account is required to edit, preview, and publish your template. While we ensure all elements are compatible with Canva's free tier, Canva is an independent third-party software service. BelleVoeu Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canva Pty Ltd.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Our store features localized currency conversion for customer convenience, but transactions are charged in the final checkout currency indicated. Payment processing fees are included in the displayed purchase price.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

BelleVoeu Studio digital products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for flawless digital execution across all devices, we make no express warranties that third-party platforms (including Canva, Google Sheets, or web browsers) will operate without temporary service interruptions. In no event shall BelleVoeu Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from template usage.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting our legal department at abarri.ilyas@gmail.com.
