1. The Nature of Instant Digital Downloads

Because all items sold on BelleVoeu Studio are digital intangible goods delivered via instant electronic download links immediately after checkout, they cannot be physically returned or shipped back. Once a transaction is completed and your access link is generated, the digital goods are legally deemed delivered and consumed. In accordance with standard international consumer protection regulations for electronic goods, digital product sales are generally considered final.

Although digital products cannot be physically returned, our studio places customer happiness above all else. If you encounter any issue whatsoever with your template purchase, we provide immediate solutions under our Customer First Guarantee:

• Accidental Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same template or made an erroneous double purchase, notify us and we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction in full within 24 hours.

• You purchased a template but decided to postpone or cancel your wedding without contacting our team for assistance.
• You do not have a free Canva account or refuse to create one to edit the template files.
• More than 14 calendar days have elapsed since the original date of purchase.

4. Chargeback and Fraud Prevention Policy
